Some of the third and forth class got another visit from Owls recently! There was great excitement when Cat introduced everybody to the amphibian newts! They look kind of like tadpoles when they are small. As adults they look like lizards!
We next got to meet Bond and Pecky, the chickens. Some pupils got to feed them seeds and live mealworms! They love eating.

Next we got to meet Hobnob the hedgehog. He has put on some weight since the last time we saw him (after his hibernation). He was so curious, wandering around and smelling everything.

Throughout the whole time Pepper was watching happily. Everyone agreed that she was very well behaved and everyone wanted to pet her before they had to head back to class!

Thanks for visiting us Owls!
