We’ve been super busy the last few weeks, with special times of year and trips out of the school.
To start we’d Literacy Fortnight where this year we focused on several types of poetry. We were wowed by the talent in Holy Trinity! One child from every class was a winner of a certificate and gift. Congratulations!
We’ve yet to judge the photo challenge competition but we’re excited to see what clever ideas you’ve come up with this year.
Thanks to the Parents Association for organising the book sale just in time for World Book Day.
Tá Seachtain na Gaeilge ar siúl faoi láthair sa scoil. Gach lá bímid ag tnúth le Radio na Trinóide. Tá Gaeilge le cloisteal thar timpeall na scoile, go háirithe sa chlós, nuair atá na phaistí ag déanamh a seacht ndícheall na ticéidí ór a bhaillú dar rang. Paistí cliste atá again le spreagadh mór sa Ghaeilge. Ag canadh, ag caint, ag damhsa is ag magadh – leanaigí ar aghaidh!
We’re looking forward to celebrating Proclamation Day- singing Amhrán na bhFiann and other songs along with raising an brat that was presented to us by Irish soldiers.
