Book Exchange

A Book Exchange has recently been launched amongst the 6th Class pupils in Holy Trinity S.N.S. This is where children bring in books from home that they have already read and are happy to pass on. Other children in 6th Class then get a chance to read these books. A massive selection of quality books has successfully been built up including favourites like Diary of a Wimpy Kid, David Walliams, Horrible Histories, Jacqueline Wilson, A Series of Unfortunate Events and the classic Roald Dahl’s. Each class gets to swap books at Book Exchange every fortnight. A special thanks goes out to the parents/guardians of 6th Class for their generosity with the donations for the Book Exchange. It would not have been possible to set this fantastic initiative up without your help. Between our classroom libraries, our fortnightly trips to Donaghmede Library and now our Book Exchange there is never an excuse not to have your nose in a book!
